Registration Information
Skate Canada fees for the 2024/25 season are $61.65 this year and are mandatory and non-refundable. This is your insurance and Skate Canada Membership!
This is due BEFORE the skater goes on the ice.
Registration for our programs are as follows:
Pre-Canskate
Full Season: $268.35 + $61.65 = $330
Half Season (or 1 day a week full season): $138.35 +$61.65 = $200
CanSkate
Full Season: $398.35 + $61.65 = $460
Half Season (or 1 day a week full season): $218.35 + $61.65 = $280
Trial: $100 for 4 lessons (includes $61.65 SkateCanada Fee) Lessons must be used within 5 weeks. If the skater decides to continue this fee is discounted off the price of a full or half season registration.
Junior
Includes 3.5 hrs of on ice training (including ice and coaching fees) and a minimum of 20 minutes off ice training.
$723.35 + $61.65 = $785
(Optional private lessons will be billed separately by the coach)
Senior
Includes 4.75 hrs of on ice training (including ice and coaching fees) and 30 minutes off ice training.
$838.35 + $61.65 = $900
(Optional private lessons will be billed separately by the coach)
Registration payments can be e-transferred to [email protected] or paid by cheque or cash.
Payment of at least ¼ of the programs registration is required before the skater can participate on ice.
Our Treasurer emails invoices out from Zoho books - this is not junk. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received invoices you were expecting searching Zoho or email the Treasurer.

A $100.00 post dated cheque, dated April 1 is required for volunteer hours. When volunteer hours are completed the cheque is returned to you. Further details below.
A post dated cheque, dated March 1 is required for 50/50 raffle tickets. When tickets and money are returned the cheque is returned to you. Further details below.

Volunteer Opportunities/Fundraising Requirements
When registering for the Pre-CanSkate, Canskate, Junior, or Senior programs the Crowsnest Pass Skating Club requires a $100.00 post dated cheque dated April 1 for volunteer hours. We require ten hours of volunteer time throughout the year. When that time is completed your volunteer cheque is returned to you. If at the end of the season the volunteer hours are not finished the cheque will be cashed on April 1.

We have many other opportunities through the season for volunteering. Some which include tearing down and preparing for Carnival (year end show) in March. 50/50 tickets - *Mandatory*
*Skating is EXPENSIVE and to keep registration costs low we NEED to fundraise.*
Selling of 50/50 tickets is mandatory for all registered skaters to help subsidize our operating costs. A post-dated cheque dated March 1 will be required at the time of registration to cover the cost of tickets. Tickets are sold in books of 10 for $10 each and opportunities to sell these to the public will be offered throughout the season. (IGA, some markets, etc.)
PreCan and CanSkate $300.00 (3 books of 10 tickets)
Juniors/ Senior $500.00 (5 books of 10 tickets)
Family maximum $800.00 (8 books of 10 tickets)
